Experienced Carpenter/Handyman with over 30 years experience, I am looking for work in Canton and surrounding areas. I am a dependable, detail oriented self-starter capable of working alone unsupervised or as part of a team. Regularly being employed for drywall installation, repair and finishing. I have designed and built decks and wheelchair ramps while employed providing repair services for elderly and the physically challenged, doing home modifications including kitchen, bathroom and associated plumbing. I can do minor electrical work. Hard surface flooring, window, door repairs and replacements. I have also worked with an area tradesman doing residential HVAC installations. Scheduled to begin classes in January to attain HVAC Certification, I am seeking employment in that field while in training. Prefer full time employment but will also work providing "as needed" repairs for property owners of rentals or doing pre-rental repairs to units. Have own tools for above described work. Have references.
