We will manage your properties with the same excellent service to you and your tenants that we have been providing to our tenants since 1987.

We screen all potential tenants for credit, employment, legal history and can also provide drug use testing of applicants. We handle leasing, rent collection (we can accept credit and debit cards for tentants convenience), arrange repairs/maintenance (owner is responsible for repair bills), enforce any evictions that may be necessary, and anything else related to managing your specific property.

We maintain a list of preferred reliable contractors for all repairs. These are individuals we value as business associates and have our complete trust.

Our management fees are the most reasonable in Summit County, guaranteed. We also work with specific rental insurance agents to encourage tenats to maintain rental insurance which protects our clients in addition to their property insurance.

Our partners have a combined total of over 30 years in rental property management and an additional 30 years in customer service. The Lead Partner has a four year college degree obtained in only 2 1/2 years and has been working on a Masters in Business Administration. He is also an ordained minister which guarantees our integrety and excellent connections in the community.
