My Fiancé and I are seeking a 3 bedroom with garage and basement for sale.. We are seeking owner financing or take-over payments.We are also applying for USDA loan and the house has to be rural. He is VA approved also. We're looking anywhere outside city limits etc... If the house needs some work, that is ok for my Fiancé is in the HVAC field but not alot of work mostly cosmetic.
Would like a pole barn and have a pond or creek on property but not necessary.
