Description
Sierra is one of 15 horses we recently rescued from a terrible situation of neglect in Deerfield. She's a 10 year old mare. Sierra needs a compassionate guardian who understands that she needs to be worked with--not only were her physical needs neglected but she was not handled much. Because her hooves were so overgrown at the time of rescue she is not expected to recover enough to be trained to ride. But we're sure she can be trained to be a terrific Pasture Pal. Adoption fee: $100.00.
