For sale is a very clean, smooth riding, used 1998 BMW 740iL. It runs and drives great, and shifts effortlessly. It also has the "S" Drive option if you want a more sporty driving experience. The ride is very smooth. This car has spent much time in the southwest, and has no rust to speak of. I will try to list all the features, but I may miss a few. It has new tires, brakes and alternator. There is a CD changer as well as a cassette player, and it has the special EQ settings that you can choose from. The leather is in very nice condition and there are no rips. Wear lines are minimal. It is loaded with a sunroof, alloy wheels, traction control, cruise, ABS, airbags front, passenger and side, though the air bag light is currently on. There is a first aid kit in the rear seat, tools stowed in the trunk lid, dual zone air, power rear window shade, side window shades, 4 keys, two have remote entry, alarm, integrated phone, power seats with memory, wood trim, trip odometer, power adjustable steering column, tinted glass, and automatic side mirrors that adjust. It has a few BMWish quirks, like a fussy window switch that acts up occasionally, a cup holder that is loose, and while the radio functions just fine, its read out is not clear. The DSC and ABS indicator lights are on but they do not affect the braking capability of the car. The beautiful hunter green paint has a few scratches and dings, but otherwise is in good condition. This is a 12 year old vehicle, and while it's in good, clean condition, it is not a perfect car and is being sold as is. It is very pleasing to drive and is ready for its new owner. PayPal will be accepted or a certified bank check or cash. Moneygrams, wire transfers, or money order will not be accepted. Mileage will be adjusted slightly as test drives are going on locally.
