Please Read this!
Your time is valuable, your looking for the perfect forklift for the perfect price, you send the e-mail or make the phone call. You get no response from your sent e-mails, you have to leave a message on someone's voice mail, and if that isn’t enough, no one returns your calls, or if they do it’s three days to a week latter. Sound familiar ? I understand the frustration it happens to me also, in fact it happens to everyone. I would like to encourage you that there are people who return the e-mails, answer their phones, and can instantly respond to concerns or questions.
I may not have the exact forklift at the moment, I may not have the perfect price, but I will spend the time, take the effort, and do what it takes to solve your forklift related needs. This is my 41st. year in the business, I’m good at what I do, and I enjoy it as well. Send me the e-mail or make the phone call, I will not pressure you, or try to sell you anything, I will not chase or try to convince you, I simply will do the work I do best, "solving problems! "
