Hardware Compliance Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct testing of NTI products for CE compliance
- Analyze and develop/coordinate corrective actions for products that do not meet compliance requirements
- Prepare compliance certifications and product test reports
- Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures required to achieve product certifications
- Develop test plans from product specifications
- Provide preliminary safety and EMC input to product development/design activities for new and revised products
- Review and approve component selection
- Analysis of competitor products
- Provide technical support for UL Follow-Up Service (FUS) quarterly inspections
Qualifications:
- BSEE degree
- 2+ years analog/digital hardware engineering experience
- Minimum 2 years experience working with CE, UL, FCC, and IEC compliance matters
- Project Management skills are a must
- Demonstrated knowledge of computers, electronics, electro-mechanical devices, and standard software applications
